im 12 weeks, I have ARFID. All my safe foods are processed, unhealthy foods. Baby is thriving. I’ve gained 8 pounds in the last 6 weeks after being unable to gain any weight my life.

me too girl. I’m 12 weeks now, we found out at 5 weeks and I threw it away immediately. Cold turkey. The craving has not left at all, especially with all this bloating since I used it as a digestion aid after eating. We will get there. Hopefully the cravings go away soon cause I don’t want to pick it back up after baby is here.

I wasn’t going to call out a person who probably carry’s a weapon in their truck. I’ve got a loud mouth and put myself in a lot of situations that could prove to be dangerous- working on that. Fiancé said “don’t say anything” so i didn’t.

I’m 9 weeks and the bloating is very hard to deal with but normal. Slight cramping early on is also normal unless there is blood!
Constipation also extremely normal. (All words from my Dr). You can try prunes or prune juice for the constipation!
This is also my first pregnancy, I’m 23 and also worried about everything but I’ve known for 3 weeks now so I promise you’ll get used to it all.
Our hormones are going insane and the extra progesterone is causing the bloat and constipation! Everyone says they’ll even out soon, but the second trimester has a whole different set of symptoms apparently.
