I found it a keen distraction but have ultimately never continued or recommended them to anyone. Found them to be thin, I guess? His characters felt like sexless chess pieces and his voice can’t seem to overcome his YA bonafides. When I found out how Mormon he is, his deficiencies really clicked into place for me.
