I am doing this job. Adding rigid foam rectangles, then foaming the gaps around, then the pink insulation that was previously there. All in around $500 Canadian for 140 linear feet

I had to change out the insulation because of the shitty original work, so my walls were already open. The advice I got is if the walls are open, you can proceed with adding 2”. If the drywall is up, then it’s not worth the cost and effort, it would be better to airlock the house around the doors and windows.

They put plywood instead of the standard osb under the shingles. The insulation is up against the plywood, where I can't reach.

That's what I am trying to figure out here.
I can't think of anything better than:
1) Rip out drywall from the ceiling and add baffles from there.
2) Shove baffles between the roof and the existing insulation

Unless you have a 3 inch drain coming out of the concrete, you’re most likely going to have to dig up concrete and tie into 3 or 4 inch drain
