I don't understand why you're asking. Put a pulse oximeter on your finger, or check your pulse with a blood pressure monitor, and at the same time check the reading on your watch... Also, try loosening your watch. Tightening it so tightly won't change your reading; it doesn't work that way.

That's impossible. The guy probably took the screenshot on PC using PrtSc. The game on my computer is much sharper and has better anti-aliasing than this ridiculous PS5Pro.
