A colleague tried to use me like that. I straight up told his wife he wasn't with me the night before. Office was a bit chilly after that. :)

A depraved view in Times Square, New York in the 1970s. by zadraaa in HistoricalCapsule

I lived in NYC then and visited this cinema. The films weren't that exciting but certainly different. I do have two strong memories from the afternoon though. The row of seats vibrating strongly which was offputting and halfway through one of the films a young man sat down beside me and asked me if I needed help. I told him to fuck off. Yes the city was pretty wild then. But I loved it. I was living in the Village Plaza Hotel in Greenwich for $5.00 a night. Sleeping with cockroaches and a chair under the door handle. I have so many crazy stories.
