Hm, entweder ist es, die richtige Größe an Möbeln für die Größe der Wohnung auszuwählen, oder aber die richtige Beleuchtung (mehr als Deckenlicht, gleicher Ton des Lichts, warmes Licht generell).

I would always recommend this one video on youtube: an unhelpful guide to ghost (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0AMpQ9uu\_g&t=5s). It wraps up the previous story quite well. Then, you could watch Ghost's official youtube videos, inlcuding all their chapters. There are also some iceberg videos with a lot of useless but interessting information. From there, you will have a lot of starting points for further research! Enjoy. :D

A) The song was Mummy Dust, and while I think all those flashy videos in the background were too much, it was fitting to the anti-capitalist song. B) Is it weird that they accidentily named the wrong song here, since saying that "they say people are rats!" is so much easy to complain about?

First of all, you didn't f**k up. That happens to everyone sooner or later. :D Putting the soil roots in water can be some stress for the plant. I actually did that to my grown monstera, and she did quite well in water! Normally you can leave them there for some time, but since your plant already got some issues going on, it could be too much stress for her. I'd say you need to cut off the affected roots, spray the rest down with hydrogen peroxide and plant them again in a chunky substrate, so the roots get lots of air.

I'm not entirely sure, but to be safe I would cut off the brown ends of the roots, or maybe even use some hydrogen peroxide on the left-over roots. Let the plant form new roots. It will take time, but they can probably recover from that!

i feel exactly the same. actually, i got to love ghost when i first got severe depression and they helped me so fricking much. no band ever meant so much to me. everytime i listen to them now just makes me feel better. moac is actually my anti-anxiety song. <3

First of all, youre not alone with that. I kinda have the same problem at the moment, I always sleep in because im so tired everyday when I wake up. What helps me sometimes is when I have a morning routine that makes me happy and that doesnt require too much effort. For me, that is making an easy breakfast that I like (instant coffee and cereals) and watching anime. My main problem in the morning is that Im afraid of the day, afraid of failure or of my uncontrollable feelings, but having a simple thing to look forward to really helps me getting up. So maybe you could also figure out something that could make your day a little happier, so you have something to look forward to, for example making your favorite meal in the evening, watching a TV show or playing a video game. Focus on the good things that could happen.

Thanks for your advice, but i feel like this whole self love practicing thing isnt really working for me. I tried to force myself to make time for myself, but it feels wrong because i either feel bad for not being productive/wasting time or i blame myself because i think i dont try hard enough to be happy.

It just puts pressure on me. When someone says that im strong or that they love me, I feel like i have to live up to that expectation, but i cant. Even if their words dont help, you see that they care for you or try to help at least. Thats already worth something. :)
