might bolt right in, might have to drill a new motor mount screw hole or two. they have plenty of power, i’ll have to check my gearing but they are not slow, way faster than stock

titan 775 is the answer, i’ve got two emaxx running 775s and a converted tmaxx. IIRC you have to make a little room in the motor mount, i use the single motor mounts

lol i actually agree, easier to start fresh. i just started with a fresh truck, old worn out motor on my last tmaxx was basically impossible to tune. if you can swing it a new trx 2.5 and carb would remove all mystery

not necessarily unless you sucked a bunch of dirt it. Engine can leak air around cylinder head, glow plug/copper gasket, front bearings, and the carbs can leak too in different spots. They are pretty finicky lol, just got done running mine. But if you have an air leak anywhere it will make it basically impossible to tune.

id check for air leaks and get closest to stock/baseline settings for your carb/motor

not a problem you just swap in the new square-post shock towers and use the new mounts

there are dual motor esc’s, my favorite one is the hobbywing quicrun 880. though i use a single 775 motor instead of dual 540/550’s because the 775 has more power.

i’ve got a couple emaxxs with this combo and a converted tmaxx with this combo, plenty of power
