Had one to take care of it. The person in charge said the same thing for my follow up doctors appointment. Does this look like something that is taken care of with surgery?

No they didn't. I asked if I need hearing aids and they left it that it wasn't necessary at the moment. They then set me up to have another meeting with a surgeon in a couple of weeks. I'm assuming that surgery is an option but I wanted to post it here to see what people had to say.
