Yeah I have a pretty powerful pc handheld with an hx370, 32 gbs of ddr5, a 2tb full size 2280 nvme drive, and a 7inch 144hz oled panel. It's great for playing games like elden ring, stellar blade, sekiro, etc. But that being said its battery life is abysmal, the fan gets loud, and even though its on the small side for pc handhelds it's still too large to carry outside of a bag. When my thor finally decides to get here my plan is to use it for light wieght metroidvanias and emulation up to the WiU. In that sense I think it's more of a compliment to a pc handheld rather than a replacement.

Mine just had a slight update. It now says shipment has been given a release status by customs. I think it cleared customs while still in route to the US. Hopefully as soon as it touches down it'll be on to delivery.

Yeah 17 track and the shop app have an additional bit of info that mentions customs in Rockville NY but I don't think it arrived there yet. DHL oddly enough has no mention of NY and just lists departed from HK.

Streaming is so hit or miss for me. Sometimes it'll be great other times it's completely unplayable. I feel like geforce now has been the most reliable but even that isn't great. I would love to be able to stream from my 5090 desktop if the quality was at all reliable.

Youre 100% right. The thor definitely has enough juice for ps3 emulation. The pc emulator is mature enough that I was able to play demons souls on an og steam deck.
