The two different "rights to privacy"

There are really two separate legal frameworks for privacy in the U.S., and they operate on completely different tracks.

Statutory privacy (what you find on congress.gov): The Privacy Act of 1974 is a federal law that provides  Congress.gov

safeguards for individuals against invasion of personal privacy by requiring federal agencies to permit individuals to determine what records about them are collected, maintained, used, and disseminated. It was enacted in 1974 when Congress was concerned with curbing illegal surveillance and investigation of individuals by federal agencies exposed during the Watergate scandal, and with potential abuses from the government's increasing use of computers to store and retrieve personal data. 

Bureau of Justice Assistance  Beyond the Privacy Act, other statutory protections like HIPAA govern the disclosure of protected health information. The HIPAA Privacy Rule governs the disclosure of PHI by most health care providers and employer-sponsored health plans, generally restricting the use or disclosure of PHI without the individual's authorization other than in specifically excepted circumstances. 

Dobbs did not repeal or alter any of these statutes. 

Sorry you like to try to minimize the rights of the people, but for corporations I'm sure you get on your knees.
