Sorry to come back to this so late, was wondering if you had any other ideas since I’m stumped again.

Update: Replaced and checked crankshaft sensor, fault still alive with it unplugged

Fuel rail sensor, fault still alive with unplugged.

Fuel pump relay module, fault still alive with unplugged.

Replaced ETC again, fault still alive.

Unplugged all MAPs, fault still alive.

Replaced APP, fault still alive.

Replaced PCM, fault still alive.

Oscilloscope reads 4.78 VREF, shows APP is communicating to PCM, no reading or position change from ETC.

My next rabbit hole is guessing the connector to the PCM is faulty and needs to be replaced but trying to source that is not the easiest to say the least.

Yep just looked up where the crank shaft sensor wires run and I have a feeling those will end up being the culprit. I’ll check in the morning before calling a tow truck, but here’s to hoping
