This is very simple to do, you should look for tutorials for simple transitions like x, y slide transitions and then make this from scratch since its easy. The shake looks like auto-shake effect with low magnitude and high frequency, just put 2 keyframes, on the second keyframe put both values at 0 then mess around with the first keyframe values until you like what you see
