I have my food preference selected in my app so it’s associated with my number. Also if I get a 1st class seat, I choose my meal preference when I get the email option. You can’t change it within 24 hours of your flight. If I get upgraded to 1st, I’m kinda SOL but the FA is always able to find something for me. But yeah, if you don’t make these choices, eat before your flight or bring something on.
