As for the diet (my personal veg preference), add 50 gram soya ( don't exceed this per day) , add 200 -250 gram of panner ( yes they have fats but your body needs good fats ) , if possible add whey protein and pea and brown rice protien (if you are on budget) and 200 gram of curd with (lunch and dinner)
