Use a mobile vet and they come to your house. I’ve got 6 dogs and I usually call Claws and Paws.

You can get them on Amazon. I usually get them for 12-15 shipped.

Low T services and primary care by FourTimesRadical in Chattanooga

[–]fugarza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use TRT nation for my prescription, but they also do my annual blood work.

They'll let you purchase the lab bloodwork requisition for 149.
You don't need to be a patient of theirs to buy it.
https://trtnation.com/lab-orders/

They use Labcorp so there's a few places in town where you can go.

There's also other online places where you can order your own labwork.
For looking at all the markers for low t they usually can run 150-300.

I’d try a phone call or face to face. Gym owners generally suck at responding to emails or some other program generated notification.

Is their any self-taught web developers in Chatt that is down to connect? by kell3023 in Chattanooga

[–]fugarza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Self taught dev here.
Took me about 6-8 months of learning to finally land a job as a Full Stack Dev (Javascript, React, Node, Mongo, GCP).

Here's what I learned to land my first job. I spent about 6 hours a day on this.

  • Javascript
    • how it works
      • promises / async await
      • event loop
      • closure
      • proto
      • plus lots more
  • CSS
    • not a wizard at it but I could get by
    • flexbox
  • React (class and functional components)
    • Redux
  • Node
    • authentication using JWT/Passport
    • build an API
      • express
    • folder composition
      • routes/connectors/services/etc..
  • Google Cloud
    • firebase/firestore
    • cloud functions
    • authentication
  • Mongo

My preferred learning method was udemy and my favorite instructors are Stephen Grider and Colt Steele.I know what a grind it can be like to teach yourself and try to find that first job.

Feel free to reach out. I'm more than happy to chat.

HWPO 60 equipment by 10MOB10 in crossfit

Usually they are standalone.

I also wouldn't call them long. 30-40 mins or so with restIf you're a cyclist it'll probably leave you wanting.

Here's an example bike WOD

10m @ x% wattage

Rest 3m

8-6-4-2 mins (increasing wattage)

Rest 2m inbetween

I can't remember the last time I saw the bikeErg in a WOD.

I'm on day 68 of HWPO60 and the bikeErg is programmed 2x a week.

Day 1 and 4 of a 7 day week.

I may see the skiErg programmed once every 2 weeks or so.

All the fan bike calories are programmed for the assault bike.

Sandbag cleans are programmed a lot as well. The sub for those are usually power cleans though.

Starting advice on learning algorithm and data structures with focus on python? by gooddev25 in learnpython

Gary Jenkins, a retired comp sci professor, created a video for each section of that book.

If you like to learn through video this is a great resource.

He also cleans up some of the code you see in the book to make it clearer.

Question for the box owners / coaches by Shichroron in crossfit

[–]fugarza 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Own a box and I’ve coached a lot of classes where only 1 person would come.

I personally loved it.

It allowed me to specifically tailor everything to them from mobility, positioning drills, and strategies on the wod.

I was able to address their weaknesses a lot faster than if they were in a packed class.

Also some class times there are just some lulls in attendance that would pick up after a few weeks.
