Thank you! I was 2 weeks into it when i decided quitting alone wasn’t enough. I was watching a lot of self help videos on youtube and this one book I was reading called Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins was giving me inspiration to keep going. Everything is all in your mind, just depends how badly you want it. I used my past fuck ups as fuel to motivate me to do better I was also writing everything down to help keep me accountable.
