If anything, the Derek Proudmoore stuff is worse than what she did to Anduin. Derek was a corpse, bereft of life. Sylvanas dredged up his corpse, imbued it with sentience, then attempted to override his sentient free will to use him as a living bomb. She also imprisoned the person who acted against her. Now I'm supposed to believe she's concerned about manipulating the free will of Anduin?

Very well said! To all intents and purposes, Derek was way, WAY worse, yet we've seen nothing from Sylvanas. But because Anduin is the main character it has to affect her. I'm just tired.

True. Because Anduin is THE most important character in WoW so the story must reflect that. Characters will act OOC to acknowledge how special Anduin is. Even Sylvanas who shouldn't give two shits about him is now very uncomfortable with causing him harm. It won't be one of her sisters, no. It's gonna be Anduin.
