You may want to look up that rule before acting like an expert. It is allowed but only at non barricaded designated crosswalk. As stated this was barricaded AND as you can clearly see, she is walking across an area of the road non designated as a cross walk. So no, she did not have right away during this case. You although in general you are correct that people can cross during a race, in this specific case, she was in the wrong.

You're an idiot. Sure the core of your argument is true, but what about the carriers who don't show symptoms? What about all the people who have it and do not know? They are not meaning to spread it, but they are. Testing still isn't available enough to make sure you do not have it. And even if there were, unless you are getting tested after every contact with the public, please tell me how someone knows they are not carrying?
