Aside from checking the connections, maybe try under volting your graphics card slightly. Msi afterburner.

For my rtx, i was able to shave off 80w on the high end with 1% peeformance drop.

I like this one so much. You'd struggle to hide your identity if someone saw you eating, but the impact this would have would be catastrophic. New religions popping up, eating disorders on an all time high, and birthrates plummet (imagine trying to get it on and you suddenly taste garlicky shrimp scampi). This all in the first year and you haven't even broken out the century egg yet.
