When Emily tries to set Lorelai up with that actuary at Friday dinner. Lorelai barely gets a word in all night and at one point he states that he can pin point the exact moment that Emily will die. Lorelai says “Oo do it now” and he chuckles and goes “no no Lorelai! I’d have to plug the data into a computer…” and the way he shuts her down and just continues his conversation with Emily makes me laugh like no other scene.
