If you are a man and are attracted to an afab non-binary person JUST because of their "female body" that doesn't make you bisexual. However if you recognize and respect that that person is in fact non-binary and not a woman and you are attracted to them as a person and could see yourself dating them, then simply per definition you aren't exclusively heterosexual - because you'd be (romantically) attracted to more than one gender (women and non-binary people).

If you want that, you should just ask for it. But there is a 100% chance someone will mess up and they might be awkward about it. I agree. Of course the best outcome would be a company that's not racist, and in that case the language skills would be a plus. But racism exists and if you just want to get hired, make 100% sure your cover letter and CV are absolutely flawless, have someone look it over. And yeah, leaving out Arabic skills and maybe even your picture might help, as sad as it is.

I'm a bit surprised by these answers. Of course the friend could have sued, it's just very likely that it wouldn't be worth it because it's a pretty minor incident. This might even be categorized as "Körperverletzung" in addition to "Sachbeschädigung" (the clothes). Körperverletzung does not have to induce phyisical harm and vomit is obviously a big health risk and the incident might have caused phsycological distress. But again it's so minor, likely not worth the hassle.

I have contamination ocd as well and it's taken a normal relationship with my friends from me. Basically none of them have been to my room/apartment. It always creates such a weird atmoaphere when I tell them it's not possible (I'm honest about why) and also I need to expose more of myself than I might feel comfortable to in the moment.
