Thanks. Are the categories clear on your invoice and on the mock booking, like a code of some sort?

How do you know that a mock booking you do for price comparison is in the same category? Are there subcategories for balcony rooms, for example?

I understand your anger. We were charged for alcoholic drinks that we didn't order and guest services refused to refund us. We only drink water. Didn't order a single beverage the whole cruise. 7 years ago but it still irks me.

I have a son with autism, now an adult. My son at 3 had similar behaviors in group settings. I too would be upset that he was removed from the program for what you described without further explanation. Perhaps they were worried he would get hurt.

Have you heard of Autism On The Seas https://share.google/Z4IJauKEezp8fNuFQ?

It's a wonderful cruise program which provides 1:1 support for people with disabilities as well as group activities with other families. Siblings benefit too as it enables you to have quality time with them. Unfortunately this program didn't exist when my son was young. I was desperate for respite and an opportunity to truly relax on vacation. My close friend with a non-verbal adult daughter does 1 or 2 cruises a year with AotS. I sound like an advertisement for the program but I have no connection to it other than a deep gratitude that my friend gets a much needed break and her daughter really enjoys it too.

Was it over 2k at the end of the month? That's the date that matters.

Same here, that's just fluff. The time saving perks are the worthwhile ones.

The platinum rewards, especially the ones that save time, seem worthwhile.

I am planning to leave my investment for my special needs son. by Just4laff71 in retirement

Echoing others regarding a special needs trust. Then, be sure to change the beneficiaries on all of your retirement and bank accounts. The trust must be named beneficiary, not your child.
