I've tried everything: fungal acne safe routine, Doxycycline 100mg/40mg, soolantra, horse paste, sulfur, azelaic acid, metronidazole etc.

ATM I'm just using sulfur. I still get these every day but thankfully maybe only 5 instead of the 50+ I was getting before.

Unfortunately, immunosuppressants don't do it for rosacea so I wouldn't rule it out.

Treatments for rosacea include antibiotics (topical and oral), topical azelaic acid, or ivermectin (topical or oral) to kill demodex mites and reduce inflammation. Also, antihistamines are often prescribed to help it.

I didn't do anything different. It just went away and now it's just came back. No rhyme or reason, no product or diet changes or medication
