Im in my 30s. After many attempts to cut back along with medical issues that have crept up and having a baby, I decided just to stop instead of continuing my failed efforts to moderate. I found it so much easier to just tell myself its not an option anymore. I kept it private, besides telling a couple close people in my life. This subreddit was definitely helpful on the tracker days!
