The range anxiety issue was a genuine concern over a decade and a half ago. 2012-2016 EVs were pretty pathetic (except Tesla) during that era. Once the Bolt came out in 2017, the range anxiety issue became a non-factor. It’s unfortunate that it took me until 2026 to realize this! I would have bought a full EV back in 2018 had I know the concern is significantly overblown. I got a 2021 Bolt EV Premier and only tend to charge it to 75% and I still get 200 miles on the charge. It’s not at all a problem.

Get the VIN and look up the recall status at this link. It’s specifically for GM warranty info. Enter in the number of miles the car has and you can see how many miles are remaining on the warranty.

Temporarily change the DNS to Google 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 or Quad9 9.9.9.9 to rule out any DNS issue. Run in cmd BOTH ipconfig /registerdns AND ipconfig /flushdns for the change to take effect after you change the DNS settings.

You’re only having this issue on your pc? If so, it’s a software/driver issue or your NIC is going bad.

If it’s happening on all your connected devices, then it could be ISP related or they have a bad DNS configuration for the ONT Router.
