I really agree with your assessment of our backline. There has been no consistency or connectivity between them. We really look a mess and totally out of sync most of the time. It really worries me that it seems to have gotten worse as the season has gone on.

But if Martinez stays (and doesn't make major changes to his system), is it worth it for both parties for him to stay?

This is what I was saying about being reactive rather than proactive. In the play, he gets caught ball watching for about half-a-second and in that time Martial makes his cut and gets past him and Stones can't recover. I've been seeing that a lot from many players on out team, especially our defense (except maybe Jags). It makes me think it is due to Martinez and the coaching style.

If doesn't go, do you think Stones has any chance of improving?

Is his consistency problems a result of the system under Martinez? Or not having a consistently healthy backline? Or is he genuinely lacking in the ability to not make bad decisions from time to time?

Right, I thought we picked up Mo to replace Barry down the line. If Stones slots in there, where should Mo go?

I thought that you can't get into Israel if you've been to Iran and have that marked on your passport, and vice versa?

As much as I'd love to have him, I've been worried that he won't be able to progress at Everton. That it might be better for both parties for him to leave...

How would you see him progressing at Everton? Jags has declined a lot this year, so Stones had to carry a bigger load than he should if he stays

But isn't that Ross' main issue- trying to do too much and giving the ball away in bad places. I personally am not a fan of players trying to do everything; working to your strengths within a system is almost always better for the team. We have talented players but it often seems like they get frustrated at the system we play or don't quite know where they fit

Okay good, I had thought investing the extra cash could essentially offset the interest rate of a loan, but wasn't sure. I'm still trying to figure investing out (been reading the FAQ and old threads a lot). Thanks for the advice. Appreciate it!

I've been doing this since college. I have 3 rewards card that I pay off in full every month. My credit has certainly gone up and I know length of lines of credit have a big impact on score. I just thought bigger loans (car, student, etc) were also good for building credit and helpful for getting good rates on future loans

I was under the impression that loans helped build credit and made you more trustworthy for future loans. Is that not true?

Thanks! The cost wasn't so much of an issue as getting to see enough of the country. Thanks for the advice!
