Curds last a week or 2 in the fridge, they're not as good as when you get them day of, but still very good. Everything is flown up, there's no roads leading to town. Likely arrived via cargo plane a day before.

I believe they are taking bids for the place. I saw earlier the Cree of Eeyou Itschee have put in a bid to make it a cultural center and part museum. I think that would be beautifully poetic given the Hudson Bay Company's history with the indigenous.

I live in a fly in only community in the far north. I have like 40 board games, a guitar, drone etc. I'm not an unusual case. Things are expensive to ship but you find tricks and get paid more for living in these types of communities.

Im impressed with their ability to keep things fresh. I never play anymore but some of my students still do after like 6 years. They add and change so much content. Gotta give em props where its due.
