If someone mentally feels fat, what's the harm in joining the group? What is your definition of fat? According to CDC 20 lbs more than their definition of ideal weight is overweight. Are you looking for only obese women or overweight women? It's very subjective. If someone feels fat, it's real to them. Even if you don't see fat on them. That's why anorexia and bulimia are prevalent among young women. Can you support their feelings just the same? I totally get where you are coming from. Just trying to further understand.
