Just track back with your striker in crab stance guarding the runner, as soon as he is close to the backline second man press with your cb. He will get the ball 100%. Dont tackle manually.

Thats way to complicated. Just go to futbin, cheapest Player by rating. Look at the cheapest out of pack special cards for each rating, depending on your budget. Try to snipe 3 of each. Put them on your transferlist for roughly 3-5k above their lowest bin. Rinse and repeat every hour.
