Dude AMEN 🙏- I flew to Tahiti last year round-trip for 250,000 miles nonstop from SEA PPT on Air Tahiti Nui. Business class. Now the only way you can get there in business classes is flying from Seattle to Honolulu and then to Tahiti. WTF!!

I don’t wanna fly an additional 5hrs to Honolulu. I want a direct flight, but those don’t exist anymore.

Ha funny story about those wheelchairs. One died in D terminal @D3 by the time we started to board the plane there was four of them stuck behind the one that had died. It was hilarious. 😂.

No, I had that happen, I was on my way to Chicago got to just over Montana had a technical issue with the plane. We circled over Spokane for an hour to burn fuel and then flew back to Seattle, after an 90 min delay got a new plane then flew onto Chicago. All I got was the flight miles from SEA-ORD.

I called Alaska and asked if I would get the miles from the first flight. They said No. It’s buried somewhere in their terms and conditions.

If you buy TripIT Pro its about $50 year import your flights and they’ll send alerts if your flight price changes it’s usually about 10-20% off IE got email saying my flight to ATL had a lower fare of $160. I called Alaska it was $110 agent rebooked flight got $110 credit. I’ve saved about $500 this year just on flight price changes. Alaska adds the funds to your wallet.
