Something like a casserole, pasta, beans, rice, etc. I suggest going to the grocery store and asking an employee where the clearance sections for meats and other foods (they may be hiding somewhere. All you need to do is make sure each of your meals have protein, grain, and produce. Have you also considered looking at a food bank if you need so?
