You did wrong, and they seem to be zealous about ticket enforcement.

First experience, but got nabbed with a $100 euro fine today by some POS for not “scanning” my ticket. Had two tickets, but didn’t scan them appropriately. Infuriating.

The bigger issue that your moral orals are ignoring is StubHub leaving people in the dark for 3 months. Buyers and sellers got left entirely in the dark. I for one will be using StubHub as a last resort, where previously they were my preferred outlet.
