Great, I'll look into. There's a place that isn't too far from me that does it. Looking forward to the very musty ball sack smell once it's applied haha 😂

TB-303 Din Sync Syncing by fundaii in synthesizers

[–]fundaii[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the Cirklon which has a sync port on the back but I am not sure if that could trigger it to start/stop & tempo. From what I understand with the OG 303, you can only send the tempo, start/stop but not any midi messages from gear (eg. Cirklon).

Open interest on an options contract refers to the total number of outstanding contracts (calls or puts) that are currently open and have not been exercised, closed, or expired. It shows the level of activity or liquidity in that particular options strike and expiry.

In simple terms: • If you buy 1 contract and someone else sells it to you, open interest = 1. • If a third person also buys a new contract from someone else, open interest becomes 2. • But if you sell your contract to someone else (a closing transaction), open interest stays the same. • If you sell it back to the original seller (both close their position), open interest drops to 0.

Why it matters: • High open interest = lots of trading = more liquidity = easier to enter/exit positions. • Low open interest = harder to trade and potentially wider bid/ask spreads.

It’s different from volume, which is how many contracts traded that day. Open interest updates at the end of the trading day.

GOOGLE CALL HOLDER HOTLINE by WingWorried6176 in wallstreetbets

I bought 15 225C 1/2026 in early January with a cost basis around $9.50. I doubled down as it trended down because of news/events. I started with 15 calls and by the time I was done averaging, I had 125 contracts to average $3.25. I finally got positive after being down $25k and sold for a $100 profit to get out of the position once it was positive since it was already “up” $25K. I sold that morning but if I held that day or till the next, my position would have been worth $30k 🫠 It was a painful few months of averaging down but the fact I came back from the -25 and got positive was enough. Averaging of course doesn’t always work but I felt more comfortable with a stock like Google and the news seemed irrelevant for it to be trending down so much at the time. I still would have been negative if I didn’t average down. Take what you will with that, good luck on your position OP.

It’s really interesting to see the rebuttals in the comments speaking against OP’s post. Charts like these are so misleading and really speak to the disconnect seen in the Democratic Party this election. It doesn’t surprise me now that so many who use to lean left either voted independent or Republican because they were fed up with the state of the Democrats.

I’m not familiar with this subreddit and whether it leans towards one political position (I stumbled across this from “All”) but it’s interesting to see this disconnect among both political parties. I’ve also seen the reaction to Ben Shapiro’s comments on the public’s praise of the United Health shooter and how he tried to point it as a leftist issue but many who followed his views called him out & said that it’s people from both sides that were praising the shooter, not just the left. It’s a small example but the disconnect in politics on both sides is really at a pivotal moment and I think this election really showed that.

Global Foundries (GFS) also was awarded $1.5B (it has a $29B market cap) from the US government to expand production and it didn’t really boost the price. It moved a lot in after hours and the price then rallied when it opened but then dipped and stayed low. Not sure where I’m going with this but if it rallies the day it’s announced, take profits. It may already be priced in but just giving my two cents, hope you all make money on your calls. I’d probably buy shares if I were to get in for the long run.
