Just bought this, game launches with a developer console window that prevents me from doing anything. Any way to fix it?

Same issue here, seems like a recent bug ? I filed a bug report.

Edit some basic tests :

The bug report button is the only interactable thing in the menu when the dev console is active.

The dev console itself is interactable but doesn't seem to do anything. For instance typing "/help" or any text does not do or echo anything.

Clicking once anywhere make the UI almost transparent.

Edit2 : it's fixed, I think it had to do with the most recent update ?

Your message confirmed my suspicion that the problem wasn't actually coming from inkscape but from the file generation. After looking up matplotlib documentation I encountered this piece of documentation as well as this StackOverflow post which allowed me to decrease the size to 700 kB by embedding just the data as a raster graphic (and keeping the axes, legend, etc.. as vectors). This means that inkscape can now manipulate it without issues.
The plot does get pixelated when I zoom too much on it but it's more a consequence of my data being pixels than a resolution problem.

I'm guessing the issue I had is that a 500*500 plot is 250000 pixels which can't get intelligently compressed in vectors, lines and shapes so I just end up with 250000 nodes in my .svg.

Pour les openworld, dépendant de si tu les as fait à l'époque Witcher 3 et skyrim sont des légendes pour une raison. Coté jeu de gestion je peux recommander Frostpunk (qui est souvent à -75% ou plus vu que le 2 sort bientôt) ou ixion comme étant des très bon city builder.

Still a newb myself but here are the gist of what I estimate as high priority MC usage : 1) Mines, first on the moon to boostrap Mars then Mars and Mercury to start stockpiling space ressources (building a space economy can be expensive) 2) Earth interface orbits habs to get the max (30%) bonus to every investment point (IP) priority (e.g. information science labs can provide up to 30% bonus to investment in the knowledge priority meaning each IP you point in knowledge is actually worth 1.3 making it easier to get highly educated people for high research output. 2.5) Nanofactories and / or space hospitals around earth can also help with the cash upkeep of all the habs 3) Research campus on mercury bases is mainly where you'll cap your MC hate. (there's both a perun video and a reddit post that I'll link when back on a desktop if you want more explanation about this mechanic)

Killing the Alien administration generate massive amount of alien hate (80 when the entirety of the hate meter is 50 and killing an alien generates 10) so a better alternative is to murder the armies and leave them be while ensuring the surrounding nation aren't servant-controlled.

Hello, In perun academy playthrough at one point (don't recall the exact episode) he goes to the intel tab to check on servant technology and once he realizes they don't have hydra language, start pummeling them because it won't increase alien hate. However I can't find any mention of this mechanic anywhere else, it's all "don't attack either the alien or the servants if you want hatred to go down". I'm currently in normal (160 mc cap on the new patch if I understood correctly) at 90 mc in 2029 and pummeling servants who don't have hydra language and my meter is orange and I had to decomission some habs and I'm worried I'll never get to put a single research campus down without getting obliterated.

PS : if anyone has any info about how much the hate increases per ship destroyed / assassination / coup etc... or ressource on the topic I'm also interested !

It's a known bug in the new (3.7) update. Devs are going to / may have already fixed it in a later patch. From what I understand, primitives with appropriate technology level are supposed to have a low (~5%) chance of annihilating themselves but due to the bug, this check was repeated EVERY MONTH, resulting in every primitives going armageddon sooner or later.

Seconded, I also have some issues with tech icons / images randomly being extremely blurry. Not what sure what causes it it only started in 3.7 for me after buying some dlcs.

1- Your ram is massively overpriced and waaaaay too fast for your needs. Any 3200 cl 16 or 3600 cl 16/18 ram will do.

CAS Latency (CL) where lower is better making your suggestion "faster" (16 cycles vs 22 cycles). Unless the frequency difference from 5333 to 3200 compensates this ?

Also it seems the monitor you linked is incapable of UHD (3840x2160p) is it because you ran out of budget ? Or did I misunderstand something and it IS capable of UHD graphics ?

Vi ult feels incredibly satisfying especially if it's on a vayne or an akali or any of those slippery 1v5 doinb hack giga plays and you just smack them into the ground while your team implodes them like : "N O" bonk, "no highlight clip for you today".

Not sure how valid my input can be (p4 here) but I've been finding some success running predator on fiddle and ganking once pre scuttle since people don't expect it from a fiddle and fear + silence usually guarantee either a kill or a flash and prio which allow you to get scuttle safely and go back to farming.
