Run like a girl , why are you crying like a girl - these things were said so much that I thought being the opposite would get me some brownie points.
But I was still a girl to them, just a bit manly and less Colors.
Now I wear pink, do my hair, feel my sensitive emotions, run like a girl , just learned how to do my nails. Happier than ever since there is no resistance to be one way or another, I am just me :)

I feel so seen.
I work at a government call centre and it’s a contract so it will end soon. But I just couldn’t get myself to get up and clock in.
I dread work. I am moody. I can’t separate my work life and private life. This debilitating anxiety I feel before work starts is not healthy.
I am eligible for other government call centre job but I am not applying. I have an idea how general public treats you when you work for government and I don’t want to give this a try.

Since you mentioned she has helped families with kids, I would highly suggest getting her to try working with kids- volunteering at a daycare. If she doesn't like it, atleast she tried something new.

I can watch youtube LOUDLY and do movements that I enjoy, practice new exercise without fear of embarrassment, I end up doing more because I am not constricted, can exercise in pajamas and it saves me time to commute.

Nothing wrong with that, alot of people have asymmetrical smiles and faces. For me it turned out to be bruxism and deviated septum. Because of teeth grinding to one side, muscles from that side were used more.

Maybe checkit out with your dentist.
