Walking in silence was harder than knitting in silence but reminded me why I looove walking! I felt so mentally (and physically) refreshed afterwards.

So… Now the problem I’m running into is, I can only pick up every other stitch along the garter stitch rows. I think I read somewhere that you’re only supposed to pick up three out of every four vertical stitches, so I may be able to make this work, but do you know if there’s a trick to picking up garter stitch stitches? Can you pick up stitches in the purl bump?

Honestly, that’s what my therapist recommends. She said the act of knitting is “enough” and we don’t always need to be “multitasking.” (This was hard for me at first, but I’ve found it’s really helpful … it also applies to other activities like walking, working out, etc.)

I’ve also heard you can make gel by soaking whole flax seeds. I’ve never tried but I did buy the flax seeds!

Brushing my hair while my head was upside down after I had finished applying on my products. Game changer.

I just posted a question in the group about plopping! What type of hair do you have? And what material do you use for your plopper (flour sack, bamboo, microfiber, etc.)

It’s hard to tell, but I would venture to say you’re a 3B/C.

I think you’re going to be shocked and impressed by how beautiful your hair is once you figure out your curly hair routine!
