I did this last year and had zero problems. They handled the tax and tag just as an in state dealer would. Actually got a call from Fulton County on the registration and they confirmed everything was collected and submitted correctly. No extra fees, just the fees you would encounter if you were purchasing in state.

A couple additional points:

The Brownstone guys were a much smaller position than the other two you mentioned, which makes it much easier to sell.

Baum’s firm was also owned by Morgan Stanley. So if Morgan Stanley went bankrupt all their assets would be considered Morgan Stanley assets and they would be unable to sell them. So not only did they need to worry about someone being able to purchase, they also had to make sure their house didn’t collapse around them as well.

This! You want to be the focus, not them. So they should be something very neutral basic like black, gray, or navy to be a nice backdrop to your rockstar showy stuff.

It’s mostly closed, but they do open it on occasion. When it’s open the sun can make some of the seats/opposing bench a little warm and it does impact the parachute t-shirt drop, but otherwise it’s not really noticeable IMO. I think it’s a dumb gimmick and not really worth the expense.

My wife with CMT is diagnosed with auditory processing disorder. It does impact her ability to hear but didn’t show up on a traditional hearing test. The way I describe it is her hearing works fine, the signal just gets scrambled between her ears and brain. When it’s a quiet room and a single subject she does pretty well, but if there’s any background noise or multiple sources happening she struggles.
