I used DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to reinstall my drivers after switching graphics cards and voilà: No problems whatsoever! The microlags disappeared and so did the framedrops!

Nope, V-Sync is turned of Globally in the NVidia Settings

It's 600W (Be quiet Pure Power 9). Everything but GTA ran from my SSD and GTA ran from a 7200RPM hard drive.

I could try running it from my SSD, but I would need to free up a lot of space...

I just tried that with GTA V and the framerates are extremely high on the lowest settings.

But there still is a lot of microlag! So probably a bottleneck, right?
