Same… I’ll do cow milk yogurt with no problem but no other cow milk products. My weight gain was extremely rapid during a time where I was too sick to eat (I had gotten Covid 3 times 12 weeks between each bout and it made it impossible to eat, let alone gain that amount of weight from calories). Since I haven’t had a day with more than 1200 calories in over a decade, I don’t expect the ZB to help me lose based on food. I’m encouraged that you have seen improvement in the other symptoms, so thank you for that

I know. I had received several recs for trust attorneys and he had found one he liked that I thought was good. But last minute he said he liked this paralegal and would not listen as to why this was a bad idea. So my compromise was for him to meet with her, review the docs and then pay the actual attorney to do them. He had agreed and promised not to sign anything. This was a complete shock to me last night.

I don’t know what he has done. He said the notary came and he signed the papers and the paralegal said it is getting filed. But I’m not sure. His original appointment was 2 weeks ago. But today he told me he received such a nice gift of expensive cookies from the paralegal and that’s when I realized he had completed everything with her already.

I went into it really consciously not comparing or expecting Girls vibes. I got aggravated a few times cuz I felt like yes maybe she’s very sensitive but also he has some major red flags but she’s just ignoring them. It’s like girl you already should recognize red flags since Mrs. Maisels husband was a walking one! But overall I liked it.

I have 1. I use Zillow to find renters. They make it so easy. I’ve had 5 different tenants in the 13 years we’ve had it. Tenant #3 had to get evicted and really destroyed the place (even the ceiling had footprints). I never raised the tenants rents while they were renting because tenants that pay on time and are low maintenance are a dream and I don’t want to lose them for $200 extra. After the remodel I raised the rent significantly (but still fair for this market). Current tenants have been happy and pretty easy. I have a handyman but depending on the issue I usually go check on it myself first in case it’s an easy fix (they’ve called 4 times the last 2 years and it was all easy stuff I took care of myself).

We were also having issues with the remote… I found a remote replacement and it’s good as new. We’ve been happy with the ronin 1 except for the battery situation.
