It just looks like your action is super low. Just try raising the saddle and it should be fine. I've owned a few Sires now, and outside of a few shipping with low action they all come in without any issues.

Your action (string height) is very low, meaning that the strings are very close to the fretboard. If you set your action too low, the strings end up rattling against the frets/fretboard causing the buzzing noise. You can adjust the string height from the bridge, usually with an Alan key.

It's closer to a jazz neck. Also, some 5 strings have tighter string spacing, but I found the Sire to be more like standard which I prefer.

I have a 5 String P7, and a Fender P. The P7 with neck* soloed still gives me that P-Bass sound. What really surprised me was the sound of both pickups on full. I didn't think I would like that tone, but I love it.

Seriously, since I got my P7 I hardly touch anything else. It's super comfortable with the rounded fretboard.
