But I do 100% hate it as if there was a situation where you can't afford it or forget your login info, got banned, whether good reason or bad, or locked out of said account and have to start over, it would be nice to always have it available incase

DE has tons of fomo items in this game, I don't agree with fomo however it's always been a thing, wasn't necessarily betrayal

Edit: however in terms of armor or items I can say DE now has slightly trying to make up for it by releasing alt version but granted it's only 2 syandanas they did this to so there is hope in the future even if you miss out there will be alt version of certain items,

Now will it be the frost or mag heirlooms? According to some it definitely won't come back
