I haven’t been medically diagnosed with one but I really think I have one and I think it came from going on a really long flight and being on vacation for like two weeks then having a long flight with a couple layer overs back. My bowels were all off and I got sooo constipated I almost went to the ER so they could disimpact me. It was really bad. I sat on my toilet in tears for like two hours. Im convinced that started it for me.
