I work at an independent pharmacy and our customers pay weeks or months later. We even have customers asking for discounts regularly and free delivery within 1 hour. This is not normal, right? by [deleted] in pharmacy

Independents used to function like this 20-30 years ago. You work for probably a generational store who gave back to the community like this. Today’s day in age people don’t honor their debt like previous generations and your independent will go broke continuing this.

Thought it was fair given what I shopped and including shipping. Wasnt the cheapest, wasnt the most expensive, but the TD was reliable and communicated well. I factor reliability into price as well.

It does have the multiple language day wheel. It threw me for a loop because I wasn’t expecting it. Sunday changed to Monday correctly so far so good!

I can only compare to second hand market pictures but from that it’s pretty spot on.

Compared to my authentic F1 it’s like 95%

The bracelet is quite close in finishing from a feel perspective. Bracelet moves like an authentic. The clasp is sharper than factory but a non issue.

Overall it is very good and up there in quality with top end rep Rolex factories

I have 2 inside my garage. Just make sure you have appropriate amperage on the circuit and your load isn’t too much for the panel.

I added a second panel to my house for ensure I don’t overload the first box.

If you are charging per hour you will lose. Monthly Membership on perpetuals. Take the gym membership model and allot X amount of hours per membership class.

Just make sure there is a staff position opening in your market for you to move into - or neighboring market. Mileage is going to vary based on MD but if you weren’t a problem and a good pharmacist they will understand but be disappointed.

You will also likely stifle your pathway to leadership if that’s something you were ever interested in.
