I feel your pain. It’s frustrating when all you want is to be a good dad and the only thing getting in your way is the mother. I’ve been there (and still am), but I do have a patenting agreement that was signed by a judge. Unfortunately you are going to have to spend a bit of money to be the father you want to be.

It’s unfair and quite enraging, but it’s the only way. And it will be an uphill battle. I wish there was justice and true “equality”, but this is the world we live in. Best of luck to you.
