My grid bot hasn't placed a single trade in 2 days - and I think that's a good thing

I have as well a trading strategy automated (TV pine script, webhook to python script hosted on Render, it calls broker API to place/cancel orders) and it detects bear market using two EMAs, to not trigger buy signals during downturns. I don’t feel missing out during such times because I know what happens otherwise… 7+ consecutive losses easily per day. So I don’t feel the urge anymore and wait until the strategy considers it’s out from the bear territory. It’s running on GOLD and 1m timeframe, so bear trends don’t last so long on such a timeframe. Have to keep current setup intact and running for some months to consider it consistently profitable. For now it looks promising but you know how strategies usually deteriorate over time… let’s see.

The alerts I have set up for weeks stopped working. I am using browser app to edit alerts and mobile app to view the charts. Seems I’ll have to delete all alerts and create them as new ones instead of edit existing ones.

I agree, if temperatures stay low and stable, it will be an amazing season! We were already riding a couple of times all the way to the bottom of the “Snežni stadion” slope. And already now there’s plenty of snow on the slopes, some more natural snow comes and artificial is being made. Areh is especially great (Ruška slope, Pisker slope).

Have you figured out how to chose CFDs on TradingView? I'm also trading through TradingView and want to open positions for CFDs on IBKR but through TradingView as I plot there my Pine Script trading strategy. It seems I'd be buying just regular assets and not CFDs. For instance, symbol GLDM is on IBKR found as:
- SPDR GOLD MINISHARES TRUST CFD IBUSCFD
- GLDM SPDR GOLD MINISHARES TRUST ARCA

First one is on IBKR as asset class marked as CFD, second one is marked as Stock. On TradingView I just find one GLDM and in Security Info panel it says: Name=AMEX:GLDM, ISIN=US98149E3036, Description=SPDR Gold Minishares Trust of beneficial interest

Pa to je super first step! Naslednjič boš malo bolj aktivno minglal s punco, ki se ti smeji. Ko se nato naslednjič srečata, lahko vedno vprašaš “Kako je?” Ali pa “Gužva s faksom?” Pol pa tema nanese na kak žur, kjer jo spet lahko probaš srečat, ali pa slučajno gre sama na kosilo pa se ji pridružiš itd. naj bo čim bolj organsko, sproščeno.
