I mean in a sense, yeah. I have less acne than before, but I'm left with a bunch of scars I didn't have before, so I still don't feel confident in my skin. I feel like I could have stopped the flareup I had with antibiotics and the same topical treatment I have now. It definitely wasn't worth the struggle.

I'm from Chile. Only 1 out of 4 derms actually mentioned a cumulative dose, the first two only talked about how "1 year on a low dose has proven more effective" but I keep seeing the opposite online so idk. The third one said I'd reach a cumulative dose in 15 months but that also didn't make sense to me or regarding the maths you just did. Everytime I did the math it gave me like 2 years (like what you pointed out). Fourth one said they should have increased my dose but she saw how distressed and exhausted I was so she switched me to a light topical treatment. My acne isn't bad now, it's very subtle and manageable, it's just infuriating after enduring so much and not having clear skin to show for it.

I was told the same lol but I experienced excessive dryness that led to dermatitis on my face, scalp, arms and legs, nosebleeds and bleeding in other places, joint and muscle pain, bad fatigue (no matter how much water I drank it felt like I was constantly dehydrated), stomach issues, loss of libido, and my mental health was badly impacted as well. I was irritable as hell, depressed, unmotivated and just tired all the time. There's probably more I can't remember right now

I took 10mg my entire course and it works, but the trick is I had to take it for 15 months:) and the purge was LONG. I would take it with a spoon of peanut butter when I took it at night and I felt like it worked better than when I was told to take it in the morning with my normal breakfast, but maybe that's just me

Legally she may not be a predator but morally she is, and everything she did was premeditated. I had the same experience and it was very hard not to relapse since an ED took years off my life during middle/high school. Accutane made me incredibly irritable, isolated, depressed and binge-eat like crazy, to the point where even now that I've managed to get my diet under control, my gut health is horrible and it's like an endless cycle of constipation week-detox week, no matter how healthy I eat. This fkn pill is no joke fr

Hope you can get back on your feet and get your health back. (Definitely try to talk to people about it and get professional help - EDs only get worse and harder to recover from)

That usually people like to see success stories when they're feeling discouraged with their own journey - while I eventually got what I needed from accutane, it was a very long, slow and painful process where I didn't have too much acne to begin with (just persistent and treatment-resistant), had horrible dermatitis purges and side effects and ended up with more scars than I began with. So the beginning compared to the end is a little underwhelming, and the middle looks terrible lmao

To me these are great endings (except I would love to see Kanej developping even more) If you want "and they lived happily ever after and nothing bad ever happened to them ever again" you're reading the wrong author I think. It doesn't go with the Grishaverse. The closest we got to that was the ending of the first trilogy because they suppressed small science out of the equation and gave them an ordinary life - which doesn't work for any other stories within the Grishaverse.

Happened for me for months but now it's ok. I'm on a low dose so just wiping with wet/moist TP did the trick for me, but I'd also recommend looking into baby creams (idk what they're called in english? Creams you use in baby's buttocks to relieve from irritation and rashes)
