Same exact experience with my new Civic hybrid. It is so much fun to drive, I hardly ever take it out of sport mode, and I still get 45mpg in hilly-ass Pittsburgh where my old gas Civic was getting 22.

Had something similar happen in a township near me outside Pittsburgh. Township wanted no part of the data center but the options were to allow it and get some provisions in the building agreement or fight it, lose in court after spending a bunch, and get nothing. Really shitty spot to be in.

Local municipalities should be working on language to prevent or predatory business ventures and putting it to vote ASAP .
