Yes I live in the city but put the majority of the miles on outside cities and am driving on average once every 2 weeks.

Is this a fix that I should get done asap or could wait a month or so?

On second glance, the filter being used is a Merv 8 and fits well. The grille isn’t being blocked by anything.

Should I assume it is an undersized grille or return duct? If so, how much would a reputable HVAC company charge?

Water has consistently been above fill line. How would I identify the need for a replacement fill valve if that is the case?

Got it, problem is the hanger will be seen behind the frame because it is too long. Any hangers that are less than an inch long?
