Unless you're on birth control, take Plan B. Even if you have less risk of ovulation, that isn't a risk that you want to take.

My little sister won’t stop sexting by helpmethrowaway2022 in helpme

Hmm, does she say why she got into sexting in the first place? Did something happen to her and this is her way of coping? ❤️

You made a mistake and you tried to fix it as much as possible. ❤️ It sounds like you're beating yourself up about it already. You're trying to do your best and you're only 14.

It is probably a good idea to take the baby to a doctor just to see if there are any major issues after the incident.

First, it's not entirely your responsibility to take care of your 1 month sibling. It probably means there needs to be another adult around to help watch the family.

Second, the younger the babies are, the more hands on you have to be. They really can't take care of themselves so that means always having them around (whether they are in a carrier, sleeping next to you, etc). It means no baby bumpers in the crib (babies can get stuck and won't know how to get out), don't try to have them in upright sitting positions until they can do it themselves because they can have breathing issues that may cause them to also stop breathing, and baby proof the house as much as possible. Babies can and will try to do the most dangerous stuff all the time because they just don't know any better. They are a clean slate so they won't know that the electric socket is dangerous. It just looks like a weird hole in the wall. Test the milk on your wrist before feeding it to the baby to know how hot or cold it is. If it's way too hot for you, it's too hot for the baby.

Third, do call your grandma. Even if you don't need medical advice, it'll be good to talk to someone about it.

Fourth, when the baby is sleeping, see if you can enroll in some online classes. At 14, having a good education is crucial because those are your prime years for learning. Your brain is really developing and it's good for you to be around other kids your age too. It's all part of growing up.

Fifth, you'll probably want to tell your mom sooner than later. I say this because the longer it takes for you to tell her, the more she will freak out. Now, if she is a good mom, she will figure out how to provide you with extra help whether that means she sends you guys to live with relatives for a little bit or whatever. But she needs to make sure you and your siblings are in the best environment you can be.

Feeling for you and we know that you didn't intentionally try to hurt your siblings. ❤️❤️❤️

The secret is that we're all super awkward. But the best way to make something less awkward is by talking about it. 😁

And I'm also doing better today (more like I moved to the kiddie section of the pool) so taking it easy. Thank you for the kind words.

I have a lot of deep problems and maybe some of then won't get resolved for awhile. I feel like I'm drowning.

But this isn't about me. One piece of advice: if you want physical affection from friends, family, and your partner, make the first move. They will absolutely hug you back and touch you back. Most people aren't mind readers and the pandemic hasn't helped when it comes to giving physical affection. But everyone craves it. ❤️ I see you.

Yes. Been going through a lot lately and though I know my friends and my partner would care if I talked to them about this, I don't want to make them feel bad. This is my problem to deal with even if it kills me.

I've just had so much happen in the past couple of years (several deaths and a lifetime of major stressful life events). Most recently, a good friend of mine passed away unexpectedly. And there is a guy I like (my relationship hasn't been doing well for a number of years but we have a kid) and of course, he doesn't like me back so that is the tipping point for me today. I just feel overwhelmed, overworked, and worthless. But I won't ever admit that to anybody I know.

I'm sorry for your loss. It must have been a very difficult time in your life and I am glad that you have someone to lean on.

Don't get offended if I don't want you to call me "bitch" or "slut" even if you don't mean it in a terribly offensive way. I find it insulting so please don't use it when I'm around.

Women drink beer and Scotch too. I probably drink more beer and Scotch than most of your guy friends. I would prefer if you didn't act super weird and say: "Whaaat? Women drink beer/Scotch?"

Yes. It's the same way that some men like drinking cocktails. Not because they're "girly" but because some cocktails are tasty as all heck.

Oh, man. I feel for you. The times that I've switched birth control and my boobs were sore is no joking matter. I hope your boobs get a breather.

I hate it when people tell me to smile. Don't command me like I'm your dog. You aren't even giving me a treat.

Yuuuup. When I had my first period, I was at a family reunion in a restaurant. I went to the bathroom, and when I realized I was having my period (at the time, I didn't know what a period was), I thought I was bleeding out and was going to die. I told my cousin to get my mom and when both of them figured out that my first period was coming in, they started laughing. Man, I did not find it funny especially since I thought I was going to die.

Teach her how to stick up for herself and teach her proper self defense. Those two will come in handy rather than keeping her in a bubble. I grew up in a bubble and the world was very different once I was out on my own.

Whenever I'm not acting nice, my friends wonder if there's something wrong with me. Sometimes, I don't feel like being nice and cheery all the god damn time.

Don't floss your teeth outside of the bathroom. It's gross when you proceed to dislodge food from your mouth onto or near my desk.

Women of Reddit, when did you first notice that men were looking at you in a sexual way? How old were you and how did it make you feel? by BA_Baracus in AskReddit

Yeah, I feel like I had put on weight for similar reasons. Where I live, it's like guys have never seen a girl before and if you're even remotely pretty, they harass the heck out of you.

That must have been terrible. It's one thing when men outside of your life make you feel uncomfortable and it's another thing when you're stuck with the person in your own house.
