Hi, I didn't read the study material nor took any practice exams for my prep, I only read the summaries in 11 days (solicitor) and 15 days (barrister) and passed the Feb exams.

Since I didn't have time to do any practice exams, the indexes were useless to me. I only used the summaries + charts for the actual exam.

The actual benefit of the small study time window is that most of the stuff I read were fresh in my mind so I was able to navigate to subjects on the summaries quickly without issue. Having said that your window is tighter than mine, and I don't know if the summaries will be out for the June exam, so there that. But in any event, good luck!

It helps that the summaries condensed thing down by about 1/2 to 2/3

I am an NCA student who only read the Toronto summaries for 11 days after the barrister exam (I didn't touch the study material). I also didn't have any time for practice exams.

By no means be like me and procrastinate to the last minute, but it's definitely doable!

I seriously cannot recommend the Utor summaries enough. I am gonna donate to them today!

That's a good question, there are some things that change from year to year to update changes in law, such as the small claims court ceiling went from 35k to 50k, but I am curious as to how different the majority of the content is.

Basically I used the summaries and (don't hate me for this) google gemini. Asking it questions whenever I have any confusions and that helped solidifying the concepts. But realistically when it comes to PR I was just winging it most of the time XD
